Kids Help Phone was started in 1989 as a way for young Canadians to anonymously report abuse. Since then, it has quickly evolved as many youth called not just about about abuse but for various issues affecting their lives. Today it has become a household name in Canada for any youth who needs to talk to someone in confidence. Kids Help Phone has trained counselors on their various platforms (phone, app, live chat) 24/7 to be there for any youth who needs them.
